2022 — 2023

Assistant for CS 374 (Introduction to Algorithms) and CS 426 (Complier Construction). Hosted office hours for 374 and graded weekly written homework solutions for problems ranging from regex to DP to graph problems to P-NP. Maintained and updated scripts (bash) and test cases for routine homework assessment for CS 426. Worked on maintaining LLVM environment.

Research Assistant, UIUC CS

2021 — 2021

Designed, developed, and trained an encoder-decoder model for abstractive text summarization on parsed DailyMail/CNN datasets. Researched state-of-the-art techniques regarding extractive and abstractive text summarization. Summarized and published summaries of above extractive and abstractive text summarization for departmental use.

USP Algorithm Development Consultant, Boston Analytical Inc.

2020 — 2020

Developed mathematical algorithm necessary to calculate fibroin impurity for USP Scaffold Silk Fibroin Monograph. Simplification of methods and implementation of a locked Excel sheet to perform calculations. Excel spreadsheets were made GMP compliant for routine laboratory use. Designed, built, and implemented graphical representation of data for visual demonstrations.
